1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rk65 platform and all its services. rk65 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the rk65 platform.

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the rk65 website, app and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform. "We", "our" or "rk65" refers to the organisation operating this platform.

1.2 Applicability

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the rk65 platform. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. You must confirm your age at the time of registration, and we may request valid proof of age at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Your name, national ID number and payment account must all belong to the same person.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

2.3 KYC Verification

rk65 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Identity verification is generally required before withdrawals. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you notice any suspicious or unauthorised activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately. rk65 will attempt to act promptly, but we will not be liable for any loss that occurs before verification is completed.

3.3 One Account Policy

If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Registering multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

rk65 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Your payment account must be registered in your own name. Transactions from accounts registered in the name of a third party will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In cases requiring more complex verification, processing may take somewhat longer.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit — in specific cases a different method may be permitted.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Verification

rk65 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction. Once verification is completed, the transaction will be processed normally.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members at rk65 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn.
• The bonus may be claimed only once and will expire if not claimed within 72 hours of the first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to be eligible for the bonus.
• The bonus will not be granted if account verification has not been completed.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

rk65 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

5.3 VIP Program

The rk65 VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using any fraudulent or irregular method to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on rk65 are operated on principles of fairness and transparency. Results are determined through the use of a Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulation of game outcomes is not possible.

6.2 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical error, rk65 may declare that bet void.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. rk65 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection or any other technical issue, rk65 will assess the state of the game and make a decision. The result of a partially completed round may be voided or determined based on the last recorded state.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk65 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Attempting to find system vulnerabilities or hacking.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Collusive betting with other users or arbitrage gaming.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users of the platform.
• Playing on behalf of minors or providing them access to games.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 rk65 Authority

rk65 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This includes:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to submit documents required for verification.

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before submitting an account closure request.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

rk65 may apply a separate policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts — details can be obtained through support.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk65 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any direct or indirect loss arising from a user's gaming activity.
• A game remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers, such as payment gateways.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised use of account credentials — where the user has not taken appropriate precautions.

The rk65 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints Process

10.2 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to seek resolution through a neutral arbitration process. Following this process is mandatory before filing a claim in court.

In the event of any dispute over game results, the data stored on rk65's servers will be considered the final evidence. Game logs and transaction records are the authoritative source.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Our detailed Privacy Policy applies to the collection, storage and use of your personal information. By using these terms, you are also giving your consent to that policy.

rk65 uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep your personal and financial information secure. We do not sell your information to third parties.
